Energy Procurement

Competitive bids from licensed suppliers, on the same terms.

You can choose your supplier

If your business buys electricity or natural gas in a deregulated market, you choose who supplies it.

Most companies renew whatever their utility or current supplier sends them. That default is rarely the best price or the best contract.

How we run a procurement

  1. We review your bills and current contract, including renewal and penalty terms.
  2. We pull 12 to 24 months of usage for each location.
  3. We request bids from several licensed suppliers at once.
  4. We line the offers up side by side.
  5. You choose. We handle the paperwork and the switch.

After you sign

We track every contract end date, so nothing rolls over on its own.

We watch the market and tell you when it makes sense to lock in your next term early.

Where this applies

Customer choice exists in many states, including Texas, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois, New York and much of New England.

Not sure your locations qualify? Send us a recent bill and we will tell you.

How we are paid

On most procurements, our fee is built into the price the supplier quotes you and is shown in your contract.

On some projects, we work for a flat consulting fee instead. Either way, you know what we are paid before you sign.
